Last year I started researching eating healthy and avoiding wrinkles later in life. What I found was that the best way to stay healthy is by in eating a plant based diet.  I don’t enjoy spending hours in the kitchen or meals that are hard to prepare. The Vitamix is fast and easy to clean. With the Vitamix my fruits and vegetables in take increased by 85%. I juice about two bags of spinach a week and tons of fruits like mango and strawberries.
